Processing Time All products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Total delivery time is generally 6–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
